Self-CompassionateLiving.com Refund Policy
• We consider people to be good and honest, so we will not request a reason for a refund.
• Refunds will only be considered for participants who have paid the required fees.
• Refunds will not be given for missed coupon codes or other partial fees.
• Refunds will be given for a prorated per-session tuition cost.
• Participants who have been removed from a course or workshop due to unacceptable behavior outlined in our Class and Group Safety policy will receive a refund of the per-session prorated tuition cost.
• Before the start of Class 2: 100% refund
• Before the start of class 3: 75% refund.
• Before the start of Class 4: 50% refund.
• Before the start of class 5: 25% refund.
• Before the start of class 6: 0% refund.
• Certain fees associated with the course, such as administrative fees or material fees, may be non-refundable.
Refund Process:
1. Refund requests should be submitted to this email address: Blair@Self-CompassionateLiving.com. Once a refund request is received via email, it will be reviewed.
2. The refund decision will be communicated to the participant via email within 7-10 days. We ask for your patience and understanding when requesting a refund.
3. Approved refunds will be processed to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
Exceptions and Discretion:
Self-CompassionateLiving.com reserves the right to make decisions at our discretion. We may consider special circumstances and work with the participant to find an appropriate solution, such as deferring enrollment or transferring it to a future course.
